Shipping policy

Overtake is just getting off the ground we are currently a one-man team.  From the manufacturing stage right to packaging, each order is handled with pride, precision and speed to ensure you receive the quality you expect and deserve!

How much is shipping?

  • $9.88 flat rate for Australia-wide shipping with AusPost
  • Free Shipping for orders over $59 AUD (Australia only) and over $140 NZD for New Zealand, also Free Shipping to US & Canada over $200 AUD / approx. $140 USD or $193 CAD
  • We also provide express postage as an additional option* for those needing their scents asap! (Depending on location*)

Exceptions:

  • In rare cases where a delivery address is outside standard service areas (i.e remote locations), we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or confirm any additional costs before dispatch.

Which postage provider do you use?

  • We use Australia Post for our orders. On bulk orders we may choose a different courier at our discretion.

Do you ship outside Australia?

  • We have now opened up international shipping to New Zealand, US & Canada, we are working towards servicing more international locations in the near future so everyone can get their hands on our awesome scents.

How long will it take to send my order?

  • We aim to dispatch your order within the same day or 1-3 business days of receiving payment. 
  • Please note dispatch times may be longer during promotional and peak periods, but we will always try to make sure you get your orders ASAP!

Where are my orders sent from?

  • All orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in Melbourne. 

Delays in transit

  • We understand that sometimes there may be delays in delivery times from Australia Post, but please understand this will be out of our control. We hate delays just as much and want you to receive your orders as soon as possible.
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding, thank you for your continued support of our business.

Lost and stolen packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check first with your local post office or Australia Post to ensure that they do not have the package in their possession.
  • Overtake is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided in the order, this includes incorrectly entered addresses.
